Where can I find the addresses?

The Parade of Homes™ addresses will be sent to the email used to purchase the tickets 1 week prior to the event. Ticket holders are also invited to download the Parade of Homes™ app to access the home addresses and maps.

Do you have to start the tour at a specific home?

No! The Parade of Homes™ is a self-guided tour and you do not have to tour the homes in a specific order. Each ticket holder will check in at their first home and receive a wristband, which will permit you into the following homes you visit.

Do my tickets allow me access both weekends?

No. Tickets are good for 1 weekend only. If you wish to attend both Weekend 1 and Weekend 2, 2 tickets must be purchased. There are no daily passes available.

Can I bring my family?

Yes, families are welcome! Children under the age of 18 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. Strollers are not allowed in the homes. Tickets for children (ages 5-18) are $15 per weekend.

I’m a Realtor – do I get a special discount?

Yes, Realtors are allowed in FREE on Realtor Days on both Fridays (Dec 6th & Dec 13th). Realtors may receive free admission ONLY by providing a business card and picture ID. Only the Realtor is allowed complimentary entry. Realtor guests are NOT allowed free entry.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Tickets are refundable until December 1, 2024. Only the price of the ticket is refundable. Credit card fees paid at the time of purchase are not refundable. Any cancellations after December 1st will not receive a refund for their purchase.

Will I have to take off my shoes?

Yes. Please be prepared to take off your shoes or wear foot coverings.
